Brewer

We are looking for a passionate individual to join our team as a brewer here at Tartarus Beers in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced brewer to join a rapidly growing and innovative brewery. Brewing on a 25HL Malrex Brewhouse just outside of Leeds City centre, we have 225HL of fermentation capacity and pride ourselves in pushing new styles, innovative techniques and bold beers.
We are looking for someone with 2 years brewing experience or has completed a brewing apprenticeship or similar qualification. The job role will include wort production, beer transfers, cellaring, beer checks, casking, kegging and canning. Working to a high standard, making sure correct procedures and processes are followed, all batch codes and actions are correctly logged. Opportunities to represent the brewery at beer festivals and at collaboration brew days both home and away. Opportunities to grow and learn, including recipe design and further career progression.

Eligibilty to work in the UK is required.

•    37.5 hours a week
•    22 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays)
•    £26000 a year
