A classic style saison, brewed with speciality malts; rye, special b and aromatic malt, to produce a richer malt backbone. Fermented with our house Belgian saison ale blend.

Ingredients: (allergens in bold, including cereals containing gluten), Barley, Wheat, Rye, Water, Hops, Yeast. (unfined, unfiltered, bottle carbonated, store upright, pour carefully to leave sediment in the bottle).
