Shipping policy

We are a small team, and we strive to ship your order out to you as soon as possible.

We package all items ourselves, so please allow for 1-2 business days before delivery - we try to send out next business day, however, this is not always possible in busy periods.  

For national delivery (mainland UK), orders must be placed by 5pm Tuesday for Friday delivery.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands & Islands may take longer.

We cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays outside of our control.

We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure if you provide an incorrect address and/or postcode. Please check information is correct before placing your order.

Please note that public holidays will affect shipping times.

Collection

Orders can be collected directly from our premises. The Taproom is open Friday 17:00-22:00 & Saturday 14:00-22:00, however if that is not a good time for you, please let us know and we can arrange for someone to be on site for collection.  

Packaging

Please be assured that all parcels leaving Tartarus Beers are packaged securely. Our shipping boxes are specially designed for the shipping of glass bottles, and additional packaging materials may be used if deemed necessary.

All of our packaging is eco-friendly, please recycle and re-use where possible.
